Product Features:
1. The machine utilizes CNC technology with servo motor-driven infeeding, ensuring high efficiency and stable workpiece precision. Key hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical components are sourced from internationally recognized suppliers.
2. Each side is equipped with two or three sets of punches and dies, capable of accommodating three different punch diameters, allowing for the processing of all holes in a single operation.
3. The CNC feeding trolley is powered by an AC servo motor, with feedback provided by a photoelectric encoder. Closed-loop control is employed to ensure precise positioning accuracy.
4. The machine features a computer with a bilingual Chinese/English interface, offering ease of operation and the ability to display workpiece drawings. Programming is simple, supporting both manual programming and the use of programs generated by lofting software.
5. The CNC infeed carriage is powered by a servo motor, with a photoelectric encoder providing feedback. Closed-loop control is implemented to ensure precise positioning accuracy.
6. All marking, punching, and shearing operations are fully automated, with finished angles unloaded by a pneumatic turnover device to reduce manual labor and enhance operational efficiency.
7. The marking unit features a closed frame with excellent rigidity. Four sets of character boxes are mounted on the marking unit, which can be selected through the program.
8. The machine includes an optional shearing function, allowing for the processing of fixed-length angles.
9. The control system comprises a host computer, CNC system, servo motor, PLC, and detection switches. By simply inputting the workpiece drawing, the processing program is automatically generated.
10. The hydraulic system is primarily responsible for performing punching, cutting, marking, pressing material, and replacing the character boxes.
